TASK SUMMARY

Ensure our neighborhood covenants and standards are uniformly and fairly implemented and enforced. Responsible for reviewing and approving new construction by builders and improvement requests from homeowners. Their decision is based on interpreting the Covenants and assuring the goals and objectives of the Promontory Pointe HOA are being met.

 

           MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES                                                         DESIRED RESULTS

Review, approve, modify and/or disapprove all requests from homeowners for modifications/additions/improvements to home exteriors and landscape.

 

Homeowner requests and improvements are in conformance with City and HOA regulations, laws and restrictions. 

 
 

Work with Property Management Company to educate and inform homeowners on Covenant requirements and restrictions. 

Homeowners understand the requirements and restrictions, the need for and importance of conformance, and the consequences of noncompliance. 

 
 

Performs functions of the HOA Modifications Committee as outlined in the HOA Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR’s).Work with HOA New Construction Committee as required, until that function is assumed by the HOA from the Developer 

New construction actions will be in compliance with City and HOA regulations, laws and restrictions. 

 
 

Manages HOA Board approved committee budget.

 

Expenditures will remain within budget, and any overage and/or adjustments will be presented to the Board for approval. 

 

Recruits new committee members. 

 

The Chair and members will actively recruit members throughout the year, as required to carry out committee responsibilities.
