Saturday, April 23 at 10:00 at the ParkAges: Birth-12 year olds
Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be fun for the family! We would love for you to join us Saturday at the park for refreshments and pictures with the Easter Bunny!
If you would like to participate, you need to bring a dozen plastic eggs filled with wrapped store-bought goodies and your child’s age written on the bag.
You need to drop off the bag at 21402 Promontory Circle by April 22nd. There will be containers on the front Porch. Questions: Rhonda Kleiss (497-6995)

TASK SUMMARY
Foster and maintain a sense of community by providing homeowners and their families the opportunity to participate in a variety of programs, projects, activities and events.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES DESIRED RESULTS
| Plan, organize and conduct neighborhood social events, special programs and projects, such as Children’s Easter Egg Hunt, Neighborhood Garage Sale, Fiesta Party, Family Movie Nights, Children’s Halloween Costume Parade, and Adult Social events. | Homeowners and their families can enjoy themselves, meet new neighbors and make new friends. |
Provide support to HOA Annual Meeting, and other HOA events, as required. | Meetings and events will have appropriate refreshments and drinks available. |
Manage HOA Board approved committee budget. | Event and program expenditures will remain within budget, and any overage and/or adjustments will be presented to the Board for approval. |
Recruit new committee members. | The Chair and members will actively recruit members throughout the year, as required to carry out committee responsibilities. |
