We’re delighted to announce that this year marks the 3rd competitive season for the Promontory Pointe Piranhas Swim team. We compete with over 15+ teams as part of the Maverick Summer Swim League.
Eligibility: Residents of Promontory Pointe, The Peak at Promontory, Promontory Reserve, and Promontory Heights between the ages of 4-18; must be able to swim across the pool (speed and stroke is not important).
Cost: Includes: Trained coaches, league insurance and swim meet costs, swim cap, concession (if early-bird), & team yard sign. Early-Bird Registration rate: Ages 4-12: $85 for 1st swimmer & $75 for siblings; Ages 13-18: $50: ( Early-bird $200/family max). Early bird discount ends on March 31st. Regular Registration Rates after March 31st: $220/ family max) Ages 4-12: $95 for 1st swimmer & $85 for siblings. Ages 13-18: $50. $50 meet only (Must be an active year-round swimmer to be eligible for this rate) practices optional. Refunds available only through the 1st week of practice, minus $15 non-refundable fee.*Referrals will receive concession coupons.

Equipment: Swim team suits can be purchased on April 30th at the Pool pavilion (preferred- blue swimsuits or last years suit’s permitted. Swim caps must be worn - goggles preferred, as well. Suits will be sold April 30th at pool pavilion from 2-4: boys suits with tax $33.56 & girls $51.96. Contact Jen Antonini if interested in suit swap @ Jennifer@theantoninis.com. Parent meeting is 2:00-2:30pm. Kids activities & fun is 2-4pm April 30th

There are over 20 training practices, 5 regular meets and 1 championship, 1 all star meets in this summer program. We will be hosting two regular swim meets at our pool and snack will be sold at those meets. Those who register after the early-bird period will pay $10 with their registration to provide those needed supplies for the two meets we host. So register before March 31st to save $10 concession fee as well.
Volunteers: The most important part of our Swim Team is the “team” of families whose support makes meets possible for our kids. This is “our” community swim league, and we survive and thrive through our wonderful parent volunteers. Each family will be asked to work at least five volunteer slots.
