The Promontory Pointe HOA represents the greater Promontory Pointe community which includes both gated and non-gated neighborhoods.

The HOA was incorporated in 1996, and full management and control of the Association was assumed by the homeowners in October 2006. Homeowners are actively involved in day to day operations of the HOA through participation in six HOA committees, and/or by election to the HOA Board of Directors.

HOA Operations

The HOA Board of Directors consists of nine members who are homeowners in the Promontory Pointe neighborhoods. Each Director serves a 3 year staggered term, so that three Directors are elected each year at our Annual Meeting.

Promontory Pointe HOA is a mandatory HOA. As such, all homeowners automatically become members and are required to pay annual assessments upon purchase of a home. We welcome your involvement and participation to make our neighborhood a safe, enjoyable, and family friendly place to live.
